The goal of Ms Sadikun Nisha’s therapeutic approach is to establish a welcoming, safe space where clients can discuss their mental health problems without fear of rejection. She deals with people who are dealing with trauma, self-esteem issues, anxiety, despair, and problems with their families. Every person experiences therapy differently, and we will work together to develop a strategy to help you achieve your objectives. She works with us with her teaching career in Psychology, Sociology, global perspective and Social Science.

Ms Sadikun Nisha has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and completed her Masters’s in Psychology at Delhi University. She is trained in Counseling Psychology with an advanced diploma course and is multilingual. She has devoted her professional career to dealing with young children, school-aged kids, and adults. She has previous experience in discovering needs and envisioning a better future. She is particularly interested in social-emotional difficulties, and sensory integration. Building relationships with kids and their families to support their strengths and struggles is her passion. While fostering a fun and creative atmosphere, she enjoys integrating skills through a play-based, child-directed approach.

She learned the importance and identification process of mental health problems such as suicide, violent behaviour and substance abuse from Mental Health Studies at Alison, MEDCoE. She is a certified counsellor who worked with well-known organizations like Dwarka family court, the World Brain Centre and the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights. She has received additional training in positive emotions for individual growth and social connection: She believes that by building people's personal and social resources, people can change for the better when they experience pleasant emotions, leading to brighter futures for them.

She is a certificate of membership at Umeed - A Drop of Hope and has attended many mental health summits and workshops. She has learned communication principles and techniques for in-person and virtual teams and uses a science-based approach to creating impactful presentations. She helps patients who have a variety of mental and physical health disorders, such as addiction, anxiety, depression, learning challenges, and relationship problems.
